Cericex Terms and Conditions for Bangladesh Players

One Account Per Person

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one cericex account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, cericex reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

When registering on cericex, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your cericex account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 04 Deposits and Payments

Cericex accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions on the cericex platform are processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion and no international transfer fees applied to deposits made through supported local payment methods.

The minimum deposit amount on cericex is displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are credited to your cericex balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact cericex support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your cericex account, is not permitted.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to an account not registered in your name will result in the request being declined and your account being reviewed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the cericex platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (return to player) percentage and volatility rating for each game are displayed before you open the game.

By playing any game on cericex, you acknowledge that:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cericex platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one cericex account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the cericex platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any cericex game or system.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the cericex platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

  • Sharing your account with or allowing another person to use your cericex account.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward cericex staff or other players.

Cericex monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that appears to violate these terms. During an investigation, your account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Cericex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

If your cericex account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Cericex will not be liable for any losses resulting from account closure in these circumstances.

You may also choose to close your cericex account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive real-money balance, cericex will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment account after completing any required verification steps.

If you have self-excluded from cericex and attempt to re-register during your exclusion period, any new account will be closed and any deposits made will be returned minus any winnings generated.
